At Shimano, we stand behind the quality of our cycling and fishing gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Shimano account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small components are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
